GENERAL TERMS OF SALES AND USE OF THE SERVICE
The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by company S.A.R.L CASH SERVICES with the capital from 1,000 euros whose head office with 13 rue du Bas de Bréandes, 89000 Perrigny, is registered with and the company trade register of Auxerre under the number 509,706,107 00026 hereafter called “the company” and on the other hand, by any natural person or morals wishing to proceed to a purchase via Internet site of “the company” named hereafter “the purchaser
Article 1: Object
1.1 The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between the company and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out by the means of the trader site of the company, whether the purchaser is professional or consumer.
1.2 The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies a general acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.
1.3 These conditions of sale will prevail on all other general terms or particular not expressly approved by the company.
1.4 The company reserves the right to be able to modify its conditions of sale constantly. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the purchaser.
Article 2: Tariffs
2.1 The prices appearing in our site are prices including all taxes in euro taking account of the VAT applicable to the day of the order; any change of the rate could be reflected on the price of the products or the services.

Article 3: Modes of payment

This problem will have to be regulated between you and Allopass.
3.4 We cannot be held for person in charge of the problems of money provisioning of your electronic wallets (Paypal type), nor of nonthe acceptance of your payment by these same organizations. Want, in such a case, to contact the service customers of your electronic wallet.
3.5 All the purchases since our site are subjected to checks of safety in particular for the purchases by bank card. In certain cases, we will ask you to provide us documents in proof allowing us to control your identity. You will be able to forward them to us by e-mail or the post office so that we can resolve your payment. If this information confirms your identity, the purchasing procedure will continue in a normal way. In the contrary case, we will refund you your purchase.
Article 4: Service and its use
4.1 After the procedure of recording via our form, your account Cash Services will be activated as of the validation of this one by e-mail. The recording is free and you agree to provide complete informations and correct. After the activation of the account, this one remains valid and active until he is denounced by one or the other of the parts. The suppression of your account will be effective only once all the purchases of your account will be treated. We will authorize one account Cash Services by anybody.
4.2 During your recording you must choose a name of user and a password to reach the service. You are responsible for this secret information and must preserve them in a sure place. The company cannot be considered to be responsible for the losses or the damage, made by other people, resulting from the revealing of your secret password.
4.3 Your name of user cannot be changed. You can however modify your password like some other information via your profile. Article 7: Emergency

The user can announce us breakdowns and to put questions with our support and he will endeavor to answer adequately the questions within a reasonable delay.

The present conditions of sale are subjected to the French right.
